This place needs to close or get all new staff. Today is the SECOND time I sat in the drive thru without getting any service. Last time no one came to the speaker and didn't acknowledge me at the window. RUDE. Today someone came to the speaker, asked for my order, and never said anything after I ordered. I waited and said hello. I assumed they were having problems with the speaker because the car in front of me was at the speaker for at least 10 minutes. I sat in line for a total of 20 minutes and only waited because my kids asked for Wendy's. After stating my order and getting no response I pulled up. No one came to the first or second window. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed unprofessional and unfriendly. They didn't greet customers warmly, and their attitude left much to be desired. When I ordered my fiancé's meal, there was a mix-up, which forced us to wait in line behind six other cars just to be told that they no longer serve salad on one of their burgers. I questioned why the salad was still advertised on the special burger, and it was frustrating. My fiancé simply requested cheese and ketchup, and they still managed to get that wrong. Overall, it was a frustrating visit.
Unfortunately I don't have a good review for this Wendy's. The drive thru was long and when I reached the window to get my frosty and water it seem like the employees were doing more chit chatting than giving me my order. I was furious. I was thirsty and it was hot outside. In case they forgot, it is called fast food. This happened today. I know the employer who finally gave me my order knew I wasn't a happy camper. They need to do better.
This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to! They consistently mess up my orders, and the wait times are ridiculous as long as there is an inexperienced employee working there. I regret giving it even one star; their service has been awful. My last three visits have been disappointing, and this will be my final visit as a customer since they just can't seem to get it right.

I ordered an apple pecan salad with two ranch dressings, but instead received two S-learns and one vinaigrette. I went back to get the correct dressing, but when I got home, I discovered they hadn't even included the pecans. I wasn't willing to go back again! I was really disappointed.
I used to pick up doordashes for here but I declined the door dashes from here because you have to stand in the Drive-Thru line and it's extremely long they need to let you pick the orders up from inside for doordash get it together Wendy's
This particular visit was excellent. Fresh hot french fries, delicious chicken nuggets and the double stack was off the chain. No complaints at all. The 5 dollar meal is my go to meal for lunch. Shout out to the staff.

Prices go up portions get smaller. Wait times are ridiculous food taste like ****! Will never go back, I should've known better going to a fast food restaurant. Absolute garbage!
