Despite being a bit short-staffed, the team working today put in tremendous effort to ensure freshness and quality. During my previous visits, the service was slower and the staff not as engaged. However, today’s employees were incredibly communicative and helpful. I could see that everyone was working together efficiently to get things done quickly. They were a fantastic example for other restaurant crews, including Wendy's. I will definitely recommend this place!
I really don’t visit this place as often as I should. The service is quick, even though they usually have a lot of customers. The shared parking lot is quite chaotic, with potholes everywhere. If you can't find a spot, I would recommend looking for another place nearby since there’s a lot of foot traffic in the area. The food was good, and the cashier was attentive, which made me feel well taken care of.
Fries were cold. I told the guy in the window and was he rude to me and told me to pull around and wait for fresh ones. Not sure why I didn't get fresh one the first time. I spend my money the same way the employees do, why would I want to waste it on food that I can't eat. I only gave the 2nd star because the manager was cool and made it right
Nice individuals working the windows but don't drive away until you have confirmed you have your full order...they seem to be famous for forgetting something and with the long drive-thru lines, you don't want to have to wait all over again just to get what you ordered and paid for the first time around. It is Wendy's what can I say. It is definitely not as good as it was 20 years ago. It is fast food that is kinda good. Quick bite to eat on the rare occasion that you don't have time to go somewhere and get real food to eat. I didn't get sick so I got pretty much what I expected.
Wasn't as good as usual. Fries were cold and not firm wasn't going back to get them fixed then my burger would have gotten cold!lady taking the order wasn't friendly at all overall bad experience! But it's fast food what do you expect lol
Staff is nice, but the wait times are insane. I do delivery and Wendy's is the longest wait of any of the fast food places. The food is freshly made though, and they always get the order right.

Dipping your fries in a frosty is an otherworldly experience. Wendy's is the quintessential fast food restaurant.

"The lobster tails were tough and rubbery, and at $45, I ended up taking most of it home for my dog. The other dishes were decent, but the chowder was the standout for both my husband and me."
