This location really needs to reevaluate its operations, as it doesn't live up to Dave Thomas' promise of using fresh ingredients. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal, and the moment I took a bite, I was met with a flavor reminiscent of rubber. It felt like I was chewing on a bizarre mixture of ligaments, veins, ground cartilage, and who knows what else. Disgusted, I spat it out and returned to the counter to politely explain my experience and request a replacement, ideally a burger since that's the hallmark of Wendy's. I just got out a 9-hour shift, needed a quick bite for the ride on the way home. I made a mobile job. I wanted to pick up my lunch, but I was told that I didn't order. I tried to show the young lady (which I think was a manager from the different hemd worn by the other workers) that I had a job, but she did not try to look at the order. I asked for the address for the current location I noticed the order for another place I told her this. she was nice enough to give me directions to the other location.? I just went on the confusing line at my current location and ordered the same exact biggie bag I had to pay for again.
I visited the Wendy's drive-thru just before 1 AM, and I received outstanding service! The gentleman working there was incredibly friendly, and the food was the best I've ever tasted at Wendy's or any fast food place. I will definitely be returning! The management is clearly picking great employees! This review is for the Wendy's located at 700 E Gay Street in West Chester.
I ordered on its app, got to the place, food wasn't ready, a group of students ordered their while I was there, got their orders served before mine. The place was dirty, delivery guys were all impatiently waiting for delivery orders. I had to settle for vanilla shake because the chocolate frosty machine was not working properly.Food: 2/5

I experienced food poisoning on Saturday, December 17, 2022. I recognized that I hadn’t eaten there when I saw the staff, but I had already paid with my card. The last 24 hours have been a nightmare! This place reflects poorly on the company. Dining there is at your own risk. I will never go back!
Took forever to order, then they forgot half my order. Then I had trouble getting their attention from a line of people with the same problem. They finally got me and completed my order, but my food was all cold by that time, which kind of invalidated the whole trip. I won't be back to this one.
Best hot food fast that is always fresh and hot (if it's supposed to be). As a former truck driver I've always favored Wendy's when I did decide on fast food and this was my favorite Wendy's for friendliness and comfortable atmosphere.Food: 3/5
whondys used to be so much better. now they are waiting for the journey through the line for 30 minutes or more. they get a lot of time wrong. they forget to put food in bags. the personal is busy when you command. food: 3/5
