Wendy's - Tisch reservieren

I was at this store today at lunch. They were slammed. Nicole who was manning the drive thru was great. Very efficient, explained why they were slower than normal. She was very professional and maintained a great attitude. Nicole you Rock, and I hope your bosses acknowledge that fact.

The food was not bad, but the customer service IS TERRIBLE! While I kept my order in the drive-thru, the person on the other end of the speaker kept talking quickly and when I pressed my frustrations as soon as I came into the window, the manager just left. Your RUDE a!!!!?

Fast service, but must check the order every time. At least half the time they get the order wrong. At least they are quick to fix the problem. I suppose it could be much worse for a fast food joint.
