I was already late from my lunch break, and two employees insisted I had chosen the wrong location until they finally realized I was, in fact, at the right one. This specific location always seems to have system problems whenever I visit, yet the moment I mention my confirmed mobile order, they say it must have gone through before the system crashed.
Isn't it strange that for the fifth time, over a two-month span, their entire ordering system went down precisely at 2:30? I hadn't been there for over a month prior to this visit. Several of my coworkers have mentioned that they won't go to this Wendy's anymore because of these ongoing system issues.

Went inside... was not greeted at all. Stood there for 5 minutes after going to the kiosk. I wasn't even sure if they were open. I wasn't greeted with a hello... or a hi we will be with you shortly. Employees clearly didn't want to be there. Tried to interact and ask how their day was... they acted like they were being tortured to work. One was on their phone. When I walked in, there was no one in site. It wasn't busy at all. No one was at the drive-thru. This Wendy's is by far the worst one I've ever been to. I would even recommend someone drive 10 miles to another location over this one.
Every time I come to this location, it’s always some type of issue . Normally Employees all sitting around on chairs in lobby and tell you to use the kiosk because they don’t want to do their job and simply take an order .Just to mess the order up anyways.will never return to this location .multiple occurrences ,but this time when told to just use the kiosk by the last just standing there at the front. (On clock, not on break) I just left and will not return
Lost the best management team....it's nit the same place with out those 3 managers...though I do see 2 of them once and awhile...but the colorful haired short guy isn't there anymore....wendys sure lost a great one... Atmosphere. Isnt the same now....makes me sad not even a frosty can fix....he always made me smile....just have to find a new place to go eat late night ? ? ?

While a lot of fast food places can be very rushy or dismissive, Jay (the manager), was very kind and patient. She made sure my order was correct and was very attentive. Would definitely come here again.Vegetarian options: Options available to remove meat and cheese from the kiosk.
This place used to be nice, what a change. Long wait for food, then they got the order wrong. Food barely warm, Coke freestyle machine on the had two flavors left, very few people inside. Finally credit card machine doesn't support touch.
The woman at the drive-thru gave me a torn $5 bill. I noticed the damage three hours later when I was using the money for something else. Be cautious at this location. I visited today, 11/28/23.
Last night I heard the cashier talk about being high and was given a burger with a bad tomato and bits of plastic!!! I tried to call but I received no answer. Absolutely horrible. 1/10

Sometimes their prices are higher than I'd like but I rarely have any problems. If something isn't right, they find a way to correct it. Overall-it's a good place to shop.
Their App is the worst compared to the other top fast food restaurants.
