Drive through is very slow. It used to be really quick, less than 5 minutes on most days. Recently I have been waiting for 10 minutes just to place my order, then another 5 to pay and pick up. There have been times where cars in front of me have left. I was there today and the line was almost to Washington Blvd. other than the drive thru being slow the nuggets are amazing, always crispy. The fries should be cooked a little more as they are mostly soggy.
I've been here multiple times and have never encountered any issues with freshness or wrong orders (I usually stick to the simple "two orders from Dave Singles with a medium Diet Coke and fries"). I've never dined in because of COVID. My only complaint is the drive-thru speaker located in the back, where large tractor trailers park and maneuver, which made it a bit difficult to hear.
The restaurant was clean on the inside, but the young lady with the colorful hair seemed to be new. When she served us, it felt like she couldn't quite understand what I was saying. I ended up having to take off my mask so she could comprehend me better. Unfortunately, she seemed impatient and frustrated. Aside from that, the cleanliness of the place was commendable.
The morning staff at this Wendy's is a true gem. They remember you and always check in to see how you're doing while sharing kind words. I've never had my order messed up here. The manager and the staff they are wonderful, I am the customer who asks for everything to be fresh and there is never an attitude about it. My order is always correct and fresh and just wanted to spread some positiveity after today's visit.
Waited 20 minutes in the drive through and when I finally got my food it was completely cold. Not even a little bit warm. Also there was no ketchup or mustard on my burger, only mayo. I'm not even sure how you forget those.
There was no line at this restaurant, and the entire menu was available without any hassle. The staff member who took my order was attentive and present. Finally, I experienced a Wendy's that wasn't poorly run.

The service is excellent, and the food deserves five stars. I highly recommend trying the pretzel sandwich!
