Horrible experience at this restaurant. There was only one car in front of us and they still managed to get our order wrong after making us wait for 15 minutes. When we finally received our food and pulled into a parking spot, we realized that our order was completely incorrect and the food was bad. We ordered a classic chicken meal with a small coffee and medium fries, as well as a plain burger with nothing on it and a small fry. What we received was a burnt classic chicken meal with a small fry instead of the medium one we ordered. My wife's burger never made it to us, but instead we were given a junior fry and soda. To make matters worse, one of the workers had a mask on under their nose...
If I could give this place no stars or negative stars I would. First of all they don't even have a working phone. I just waited an hour to find out that my food isn't even coming. It's not my Dashers fault. Door dash did their best. Wendy's is costing them money they had to give me a $10 credit. Never order door Dash from these people because if you do your Dasher will sit there forever and you probably won't even get your food. Not to mention you can't even call the store to check the status. Pathetic. I ordered at 9:20 it's 11!!
My husband just picked up a spicy chicken Parmesan salad and large fries for me... the fries was half full and the salad? Well, I was praising how good it was until I found a lady bug in it. Immediately lost my appetite and honestly will probably not be back for a while. I would've taken a picture but I skeeved out.
Don't walk, run away from this place! The food was cold to the touch and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. This was my first time dining here and it will definitely be my last. Save yourself and go to the Wendy's on Dean's Road instead. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Regardless the time of day, the line is wrapped around the building. The staff isn't always the most pleasant you can hear cursing and other things in the background after they have forgotten to turn off their microphone at the drive thru.
The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The staff had a rude attitude. When I found the doors locked, I asked to use the restroom and was told I couldn't. As a customer, I believe I should have access to the public restroom.
Did not give me all my chicken nuggets . No receipt and my sprite was just soda water. Which means they chose not to put in the shitty syrup. It's not good food fast. It's shitty food fast that is it.
Line is always long as hell and moves slower than a nursing home resident. Overall unpleasant currently typing this in the line wrapping around the building

This place is very slow and can't get orders right. Girlfriend ordered a biggie bag and got a kid's meal.
At Wendy's, they definitely deserve more than 1 star.
