We came as greatful customers. We where happy that this Wendy's would stay open till 1. Despite other reviews we wanted to try this location. Yet when we arrived not only did they say there systems where down even after there being a car at the window. I then tried to ask a question and instead of a reply I got Umm Hello I said our systems are down If this is how the employees treat customers and decided they want to be lazy instead of work. They should just close sooner and save everyone the trouble. If I could I'd put a zero star
The sandwich was dry and seemed old, as if it had been sitting there for a long time. It was not warm and I didn't receive the cheese I asked for, even though it was supposed to cost an extra $0.60. The extra mustard was just thrown on the side of the burger. The coleslaw was barely edible and the salad was cold. Overall, it was not a good hot sandwich.
I was informed by the drive-thru worker that they were short-staffed. When I tried to place my order using the app, I was unsure of the process. After a 5-minute wait, they finally started taking drive-thru orders. While I usually enjoy Wendy's, this experience was less than satisfactory and is now my least favorite location.
The most disrespectful service I’ve ever seen. I will not be going back there I would not suggest anyone going to this location. I ordered fish and got a chicken sandwich. It was really good, but it wasn't what I wanted. I ordered unsweetened tea and got sweet. I caught that before I left and she did fix that for me. I really don't know what was going on that day.
Ordering on drive thru was ok, employee refused to give me a receipt for meal purchase and not sure why. I asked another employee and she reluctantly gave me my food purchase receipt finally. Food was ok.
these land-pumpkins were all smoking outside and telling me that the dinning room was closed, but the sign on the door says it was open. they were rude and looked at me as if I had to leave. never again
The service at this restaurant is awful! They close at 1 am, but by 11:30 they were already ignoring customers and not taking orders. Their service is terrible and I am extremely dissatisfied. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
OK for a quick bite. I like the free senior coffee and drinks with a purchase. Also for a $2 keytag you get free junior Frosty for the calendar year.
