I went 12/12 I ordered a medium combo the fries were hot for a change but my burger was straight garbage with the newly remodel you’re able to see burgers being cooked it was about 4/5 on the grill and the Spanish lady was moving them around had I known that they were just reheated I would have canceled my order the cheese was hard on the corners there was a deep line across the cheese clearly from the spatula I asked for Mayo seems like they put half the jar on it I visit this establishment on my way home from work I don’t live near and I was tired had it not been for that I would have taken it back for a refund as this was my dinner instead I threw it away and settled for a bowl of cereal...
But then Laveisha stepped in. She greeted me with a smile, apologized sincerely, and got my order right. I felt so much better after that—she really helped calm me down. That’s what I call top-notch customer service! She’s truly unforgettable. Thank you, V!
They need to let go of the rude woman with the long braids who seems to care little about customers' orders. She could certainly use some lessons from Ms. V. Keep it up, girl! You’re so warm and clearly great at what you do. #1 in my book!
OMG why is ev erybody lying... i go because i live in the area and its horrible... lines is long... they never have the salad i want and when they do they give with wrong dressing.. one day i came 3 days in a row at 630-645am to get me a breafast sandwichthey told me they not open ...but they was open but they state they didnt have staff.. Im going to try them again and if i dontget the service .. i will call corporate... its terrible. Hope not to tell on my people.
It took forever to get app to work. Asked a manager to help and was denied. On top of all that, after finally getting the app to work I ordered 2 sandwich only. They forgot to put a whole sandwich in my bag. Had to go back and wait in long drive thru lineagain because lobby is closed at 11am.

I came in around 7pm to pick up a doordash and they had the only door locked and a super long drive through that was barely moving. Then I kept calling and the machine was saying they were busy with customers. What kind of place is this?
This location is slow as watching paint dry... But 99% of the time the food is fresh and on point. There's always a long line as it's a convenient location. That's inside or out! As always check your bag before pulling off!
Every time I visit the drive-thru, the staff is rude and uses profanity. Their professionalism is lacking. The only positive aspect is that the food is served hot.
Drove into the parking lot, it was strewn with garbage. Can't imagine the inside is much cleaner. I drove right back out.
