This is by far the worst Wendy's I have ever visited! Every single time I place an order, they manage to get something wrong. As someone who works in a restaurant, I know you can't expect to keep repeat customers like this. It's hard to believe they don't pay attention to the orders – it's simply unacceptable. The manager and staff need to be retrained or even replaced.
I'm in Chicago on vacation and had the pleasure of meeting a charming young man named Christian at this Wendy's. The staff here is fantastic, and Christian stood out as an exceptional employee. He was funny, open-minded, and truly impressive. He definitely made my visit to Wendy's a memorable one!
