I actually have to say this is the fastest wendys I've ever been to. I typically order ahead through the app. By the time I get there, they're just finishing up the order so I only ever have to wait a minute or so to be on my way again. And all but 1 employee has been super friendly. I don't believe I've ever received a messed up order from this location either.
The manager was clearly struggling to manage the employees on the night shift. They seemed uninterested in their performance or providing good customer service. I felt sorry for the manager, as she was doing her best to clean up the situation and support her team.
They messed up my entire order. Every single item. 20 dollars worth of food ruined. and they smile at you while they give you the bag like they didnt know. Awful customer service and food.

We were seat right away but took time to be attended. The food was not so good either and place was a little noisy
I've been ordering food here through the drive-thru for three years, and they have never gotten my orders wrong!

"the healed was fresh, in the season and the light teig was for to die! the restaurant had a spectacular view, airy and flooded with sunlight. my sister had the bisonburgers and thought they were very tasty. not dry because they are so slim."
