Had to give this one star to post this, really needs no stars. Went for a breakfast sandwich combo this morning and when I got there the doors are locked with no signs saying the dining room doesn't open till 9 am until you go through the drive through. Ordered my combo and wanted OJ and get told we don't have that so I got a coffee and was ask cream and sugar and I said yes. Got cut off by someone going through the drive through to drop something off, paid for my combo and got asked to pull off to the side waited 10 minutes for my stuff to come out and left. After waiting 10-15 minutes just to place an order, and then another 30 minutes to receive their food, this reviewer found the prices at this restaurant to be as disappointing as the customer service. Despite paying $30 for two meals, the food was cold and unappetizing. The reviewer used to spend around $17 for two meals before the pandemic, but now the same meal costs $30. They have no plans to return to this location or any other Wendy's until improvements are made to the service and food quality. They feel that their money was wasted on a subpar dining experience, and they would rather visit McDonald's or Taco Bell, where prices have not increased to the same extent.
We stopped for coffee on our way to Boston and had to wait 15-20 minutes for just 2 cups. The employees weren't busy and there was only one other customer in the shop, so there was no excuse for the wait. To make matters worse, one of the coffees was cold while the other was hot. We won't be returning to this Wendy's location or any other Wendy's in the United States.

Food is good when the order is correct. My advice to you is check your order before you even leave the drive through window. They have a tendency to give incorrect orders and it's too late to correct it when you get home because they don't answer their phone when you try to call them about it.
Credit card machines broken, Will only take exact change, kid behind the counter more interested in taking care of online orders, the place was disorganized and unclean. Food on the floors, behind the counter was a mess. Avoid this place. The worst Wendy's I have ever been to.
