Order through mobile order for drive through pick up which is a thing via the app since they have dining room closed. Pull up to window and get yelled at and told that mobile orders can only be picked up in store but there doors are locked ????? Think someone needs to go back to training on how to deal with customers because I didn't lock the door or make the app so don't understand how it's my fault lmao . Guys a clown ?
To make matters worse, the employee who handed me the bag containing only two-thirds of my order wouldn’t reopen the drive-thru window to address my concerns. It's disappointing because this Wendy's in Rockland, in 2024, feels like it would be more at home in Hiroshima in 1945. Throughout my many visits to this location, I've never witnessed an employee even attempt a smile. I won’t be returning.
That app says it was open for dine-in so we sent an order in. Got here and there is NO sign saying you can't dine in but the doors were locked even though people were sitting inside. Fix the so customers can make better informed choices, very frustrating, just wanted to sit down and eat after driving over an hour!
I visited this restaurant for the first time after getting off the highway on my way home, and I was disappointed to discover that my large fries were missing from the bag. Best wendys on the south shore. The line moves really fast. Drivethrough is open until 1am. Do the survey on the back of the receipt and get a validation code for a free sandwich.
Typical Wendy's fast food place. The burger was good. Coke was good. Service was great. French fries a little overdone. I'll give them another shot next
This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The cashier is completely inept, there's a long line, and the orders are constantly getting mixed up.
