This experience brought a smile to my face and made me feel like I was on vacation with my spouse all over again. The staff was friendly, and I can only imagine how many locals might become frustrated due to these cultural nuances. Additionally, they have a soda fountain with a wide variety of flavors. I was overjoyed to find Mello Yello in Canada for the first time in almost twenty years! So definitely order a large soda and enjoy the unlimited refills—try out all the flavors! Overall, I'm really glad I visited Wendy's today. That's 113 restaurants down, with about 50 more to go! Vegetarian options: Fries, soda, Frosty.
The quality of service has noticeably decreased in recent months. It seems pointless to open the dining area if there isn’t enough staff to handle the counter effectively. During my visit to order breakfast, the employees noticed me several times, but it was evident that their primary attention was on the drive-thru. I’m not sure what happened; this place used to be wonderful.
Other than the time I got a coupon for a meal because my order was wrong, I've never received the correct order at this location. I hoped they might have improved since then, but I was wrong. It seems like it's a good idea to write down your order, or you'll just end up with whatever they choose to give you. Wendy's, you can do better—please consider retraining your staff.
The dining area was in such poor condition, with flies buzzing everywhere, that we had to leave before we even started our meal. The staff and management should be embarrassed. After spending nearly $50 on a meal for a parent and two young children, we expected to at least enjoy it in a clean environment. This family will be steering clear of Wendy's from now on. I've consistently had excellent experiences at this Wendy's. I often place large orders for my high school, and they are the only fast food restaurant that reliably has my pre-ordered food ready on time. There was also an occasion when I was in a hurry and needed food on short notice, and they quickly prepared my large order. I highly recommend this location!
I had a great experience with a Cobb salad and the new Blueberry Pomegranate lemonade, which was perfect for the warm weather. I’m not usually a huge fan of lemonade, but this one really satisfied my craving! The salad was fresh and tasty as well. There’s ample parking available, the service was friendly, and the restaurant was kept clean.
The interior could benefit from a bit more cleanliness, and the soda machine felt a little sticky. However, it is a fast food place. The restrooms are fairly clean. I absolutely love the Bacon Double Junior Cheeseburger with tomato and cheesy cheddar—it's fantastic! Overall, when it comes to fast food chains, Wendy's is my favorite.
I had a really unpleasant experience! There was a young boy running around in the kitchen in the back, climbing on tables while guests were trying to enjoy their meals. The staff tonight was amazing! The ladies were attentive and thoroughly checked everything, showcasing their dedication to their work. It’s a testament to the fact that fast food workers can truly excel. They definitely deserve a raise for their hard work!
