This is the 3rd attempt at ordering from this restaurant and none have been successful. Ordered a takeaway on Saturday night via their website and order confirmed and delivery would be 50 mins. Just after 1 hour I rang and was advised the order was out for delivery, rang again 20 mins later and told the delivery driver Mike had the order and was 7 mins away, 15 mins later still nothing. Rang back the restaurant told he was still en route. After 2 hours rang the restaurant and advised we wanted the order cancelled and money refunded. No explanation as to what happened to our meal. I have emailed and contacted them via social media for a refund and no response. 3 days later money still not ref...
Another GREAT meal and experience and Westbourne Tandoori 13/5/2022. There were 15 of us ladies to celebrate welcoming my Boss's baby. Anwar and Emz made it a special arrival for the Expecting Mum. All our curries came out at the same time and piping hot, hats off to the Chef and waiting Staff! I had the Patia and it was the best tasting and flavour some Patia I have ever had, I really enjoyed it. Though Sad I accidentally left my leftovers behind
We visited this place last night. Food was dreadful. Sloppy service. Wine was short measured..I ordered and paid for a 250ml measure. It certainly was not. Barmaid would not measure it out. Insisted that the glass was 250ml size. I will.be informing weights and measures for sure. Live entertainment was chaotic. Would never go back.
the first time since the renovation and the latest best indian restaurant in dorset price back and are looking forward to reporting the kitchen and service are still outstanding. I tried the chicken tika phall again and it was fantastic. the attentive friendly staff helped complete a beautiful evening.

for the first time since their renovation regular takeaway customers visited. really nice. the food was great and the service was excellent. especially the waiter who, fortunately, agreed to change our bottle wein, because it was not our taste (sorry has not remembered its names).
The sandwiches at this restaurant are delicious and the staff is very friendly. They do not offer any discounts for loyalty cards, but the prices are fair and reasonable.
The food at this restaurant is incredible. At first, I was unsure about the attractive owner, but the best part of the experience was the friendly lad at the till.
