VERY BAD SERVICE, A 9 MINUTE WAIT TURNED INTO A 30 MINUTES, THE GIRLS WERE SO SLOW JUST KPT TLKING, NOT CHANGING THEIR GLOVES ONVE SHE HANDLEDONEY N ERNY BACK TO MSKE THE PRETZELS, THEM DETD A BOX ON THE COUNTER WHERE SHE HAD THE DOUGH ON, NOT CLEANING IT, VERY UN SANITIZE. GET MY ORDER 30 MINUTES LATER, AND ITS BURNT ON THE BOTTOM AS WELL MY SONS N GODSONS, VERY POOR SERVICE, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE AT ALL..VERY UN SANITIZE PLACE..THIS WETZEL'S PRETZELS IS LOCATED IN THE PUENTE HILLS MALL CALIFORNIA6/5/2021 2:34pm
The service here was extremely rude and left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of that, I chose not to spend my money at this establishment. Instead, I went to AMC Puente Hills Theatres, where I enjoyed great comfort food and felt truly welcomed with excellent customer service. Even Auntie Anne's is a better choice than this place. Wetzel's Pretzels is also way too expensive.
I had to wait 10 minutes for a pretzel, even though there was no one else in line. After that wait, they informed me they had forgotten about my order and went on break. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes, totaling 20 minutes for a disappointing pretzel. The only reason I stuck around was to satisfy a child with a strong craving for one!
I had to wait 10 minutes for the employee, who was on break, to return. When she finally arrived, she informed me it would take another 10 minutes to bake a fresh item. To top it off, I later discovered they were out of almond crunch. It was quite disappointing.

I dont know why google says there closed at 12:30 am.becuz I just purchased the pretzel with pepperoni and jalapeno and they offered to put butter on it and of course I obliged. Crispy crust,soft fresh inside.yes good
The one helper today I believe his name was Ian, was so helpful and kind. He prepared my order quickly and was respectful.
