I don't understand why they are frequently short-staffed, especially on weekdays. We waited in line for 38 minutes for two meals, and when they finally arrived, the food was cold. If the food had been hot, I might have understood the wait, but cold food is unacceptable. It seems like the lack of staff is to blame. The employees are very nice, but they really need more assistance during the overnight hours. Whoever manages this store needs to hire more overnight staff or they risk losing customers. Yelling at employees will only drive them away. The owner really should consider stepping aside and letting someone more capable take over the management. Can we please get a new store manager?
After reaching out to the general manager, I was told to return because they had something special for me, but I’m uncertain what that meant. An employee, who claimed to be the general manager, was unprofessional and dismissive, making me uncomfortable with her language. I truly believe the health department needs to conduct an inspection at this location. It's essential for corporate standards to be upheld by dedicated employees, rather than relying on unprofessional individuals.
Been years since I had fast food will be years until I have it again. Only went cuz I had a coupon. 19min in lunch drive through. Got my order incorrect. Cold soft frys. Horrible chili burger with no chips and raw onions. One ketchup one napkin. Does the pic look like the advertising? NO. TUMMY UPSET. TIME TO TAKE DUMP.
I visited this place and ordered a chocolate shake. It gave me a brain freeze that made me dislike Whataburger for about two minutes. After that, the discomfort went away, but I still wasn't a fan for a bit longer because I couldn't stop slurping the shake—slurp, ouch, slurp, ouch, slurp, ouch. Thanks, Whataburger! The restaurant was HOT, temperature wise. I'm the type of person that likes to be comfortable when eating. Not sweating while taking my lunch break. If I wanted to sweat I would eat outside.
On the way to Galveston, I stopped at this restaurant. The burger had a decent flavor, but despite the fast food quality, the service was anything but quick. Just my two cents!
The service was excellent, and the quality was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! I would definitely return to share the experience with my family.
