Delicious! This was my first time visiting, and the experience of choosing my own ingredients was fantastic! I ordered the turkey lettuce wrap, which was much healthier, and I absolutely loved it—definitely a 10/10! I will be coming back for more! My child had the Oreo shake for $5, and although it was a small cup, my kid thought it was worth it, so the Oreo shake gets a 10/10 as well. The bathrooms were clean, which is always a positive! The service was slow, and the environment was underwhelming. For two sandwiches the wait was close to 30 minutes. There were three workers present, but only one was aware and trying to keep pace and keep orders up (Kudos to Wrenn). The food was average, and the drink dispensers were broken and warm. Was hoping for a better experience from reading previous reviews. Unfortunately we will not be returning, I just wish management would reward the young individual mentioned above.
I ordered a sandwich with mozzarella, tomatoes, and pesto through Uber Eats. It sounded delicious, right? However, I was disappointed to find that there was no mozzarella at all, the pesto was just a tiny dab in the middle of the bun, and I received only three thin slices of tomato for the entire large sandwich. Instead, they filled it with a pile of wilted, brown lettuce that looked unappetizing. Quite disappointing for a $14 sandwich!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There were no other customers, but there were two employees. My black bean burger was missing two items I ordered, plus they added an item I didn’t request and forgot to include the side. It's not that complicated, folks.

I order from here because it's close to my house. The staff is nice but it takes too long to make the sandwiches and the ingredients are C+. You have to write your order on a bag and give it to the register person which is just a quirky way to order.
I love the cloud bread. I'm gluten keto and was so impressed. It is a better quality sandwich. The team on Saturday morning were very helpful too. Ty! I'll be back.

Great food! Is a fast food restaurant but much better than subway. Would recommend the wicked. Fries are also delicious.
