The staff were friendly and the service was excellent, but I was extremely disappointed with the coffee. It lacked depth and flavor, possibly because the grind wasn't compacted enough before brewing. Initially, I thought the chocolate in my mocha was the issue, but when I tried a sip of a latte, it became clear that the coffee itself was the problem. It tasted overly diluted, almost like just water, and was missing both body and richness. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out they began closing 70 minutes before their posted hours. Whispers is one of my favorite cafés in Parramatta. My friend and I often visit this place for breakfast on the weekends. They offer a fantastic selection of both sweet and savory breakfast options. The coffee is robust and brewed with care, and the barista always pours it perfectly. The menu features all the classic dishes but with some modern twists. I’ve never been disappointed with anything I’ve ordered here, and I’ve tried quite a bit! this cafe has spacious seating areas with cool green decoration throughout. they offer a lot of sweet and savoury dresses, including some clean healthy options. coffee is strong as I like it. I tried the snickers crepes today. Oh, boy, that's so brilliant. the sauce is thick and a mixture of nutella, dark roasted peanut butter and salted caramel. really enjoy as snickers and tasted generously on the crepes, without being excessively sweet.
that is a very mediocre caffe. eating is ok, not great, but not terrible. the service is pretty poor. it took about 15 minutes to get a glass of water. the menu is quite large, which is never a great sign.
