We went to White Birch before our reservation to check out their social hour. We ordered a few apps and were blown away by every component of the duck confit sliders. We were tempted to order another round of sliders but did not want to spoil our dinner. The “Fig You” cocktail was amazing, lightly sweet and full of flavor... perfectly refreshing. We sat for dinner and we greeted by our server who went over the menu with us (it’s a new menu from the last time we came for dinner). She answered every question we had! 7:30 reservation on a Friday is an absolute must. We arrived a minute or two early. The place was packed. Our 4 top was the only available table and after an exceptional cuisine, delicious hand-crafted drinks and locally brewed craft beers, we know why. At first, it felt a tad crowded but honestly, once the drinks were delivered and our first course served, we forgot about any neighboring tables. It was all about the food and our friends. A delicious culinary experience that we’ll savor until we visit again in the very near future!
My favorite restaurant. If you are looking for run-of-the-mill food, this place is not for you, if you are looking for superbly prepared entrees, that you may have never had the opportunity to try before, relax and enjoy. Social hour 3-6 Tuesday through Friday, is just what this area needed! Wine, cocktails and top shelf appetizer-sized bar snacks at discount prices!
FOOD WAS GOOD ESPECIALLY THE VEGETABLES MY WIFES DUCK BREAST WAS TOUGH AND AFTER DINNER TOLD THE WAITRESS TO WHICH SHE SAID THAT SOMEONE ELSE HAD THE SAME COMPLAINT AND SAID THEY SWITCHED VENDERS. THEY COMPLIMENTED US DESSERT WHICH WAS NICE. THE PLACE JUST DOESNT HAVE A WARM FEELING TO MATCH THE FOOD OFFERED.

Overall this was a great experience. The food was great and the service very good. The only negative was the automatically added 25% gratuity. This was a company function and we may get flagged on our expense report. 25% is outrageous even and may be a deterrent for future visits.
What a great experience! Erin was a fantastic server and the food was exceptional. From the amazing bread at the beginning to the amazing dessert, the cocktails and food were all amazing. We’ll be back!
Food was great. A bit noisy. Other than drinks being slow from the bar server Nicole was great.
