very disgusting with the service I received today. the employees including des managers do not have customer service skills and should choose another industry to work. I went to the auto-dru loudspeaker and someone said I should keep going. After 3 minutes waiting, I began to call out “Hello” numerous paintings. No one answered. I continued shouting “Hello! is there someone?!” there was no answer. wait after 10 minutes, 2 cars then pulled behind me, so I pulled up. there was a car in front of me, which was there after 1 minute. I went to the window and said the dame there that I did not give up my order because no one came to the speaker. then she told me I had to wait until they waited the...
Horrible service at this location. I’ve only been twice. The first time they took a very long time to take my order. The cashier sounded like he was high. It took 15 minutes to get a number 1 with cheese after ordering and I was the only car in line. The 2nd and last visit is sat at the box waiting to order for 15 minutes and just drove off and went elsewhere. It seems like they only work on one order at a time. I won’t be going back to this location.
I don't like when the burgers are made before the items that need to be deep fried of made. I got hot onions rings and cold burgers..why not make the burgers right at the time the deep fried items are almost done it makes more sense..totally disappointed ?
Website says closes at 2am. I placed an order at 2250ish. Get cancelation order at 2310 stating the restaurant is closed.Please correct the hours of operation so that others don't make the same mistake and have to wait up to 3 days for a refund.Thank you

Waited 15 min to order than after they took money it was a half hour wait until i got food. Counted 9 cars get frustrated and drive off. This was at 7pm hopefully they have better service in the afternoon. I wont go back
unfortunately bad transit service. the restaurant is almost abandoned on a Sunday night, which is why it is impossible for everyone to take a transit order without compelling the customers to wait several minutes?
I used the app. because the last time I was there I waited 35 minutes for my order. This time I ordered at 4:30 pm to have my order ready at 5:45 pm. I still waited 25 minutes! So much for your stinkin app!
I don't eat often white castles, but this location is on the hill. I don't know how to make 30 cheeseburgers with no wobble dry as hell and extra salty, a month ago it was great, not so much now.

we always come to this special wc. have used the drive-thru. never command a problem. we know what we get and ask for the few special questions, they always come through.
