I placed an order on the restaurant's app and arrived later than scheduled to pick it up. Upon arrival, I noticed three workers behind the counter. Despite being present for some time, none of the workers acknowledged me or offered to assist. After standing at the counter for about five minutes, I had to raise my voice to get their attention. Finally, one of the workers realized my order had been prepared and handed it to me.
Every few months, you just have to indulge in a few of these tasty treats. Even though they are made to order, they take forever to cook, especially when there's no one else in line! Despite the long wait, I have never had a negative experience at this restaurant.
It wad my first time at White Castle and tried the impossible slider and it was really good. The place was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and prompt in service. I would suggest to have some music in the background if possible.
