Typical White Castles. Not a huge fan to begin with, was getting it for someone else. They took the order but then we were stuck in drive through at least 10+ minutes before we could move. No space to change your mind and leave. The fries had zero salt or flavor. Super soggy. I guess the burgers were typical white castle burgers, the friend that wanted it was happy. The entrance of parking lot is super tight on a very busy road. Couldn't pull in as someone was pulling out. Had to basically stop in the narrow highway shoulder waiting for car to leave so we can get in. If you have to have White Castles then great its the place for you. I feel like a king in this castle. if that were the first class, they wouldn't be in debt. the service is beyond the accusation. the personal sang happy birthday to our friend kari. as if that were not enough, they allowed me to play dj. this year our sixth consecutive visit to the union white castle marked for Valentine's Day. No wonder that my wife and I are still together! I haven't even mentioned eating yet! this restaurant must be among the most consistent I have ever confessed. they know what they get and they know it will be good!
a very funny way to spend Valentine's Day! eating on Valentine's Day had become very unpleasant; many restaurants increase their prices and are overcrowded. if they like slider (which we do), this was a very cost-effective and unpredictable way to enjoy a meal together. white castle had tablecloths, fake roses and floating candles on each table. the waiting staff was very friendly and accommodating. we even brought our own weeping. beautifully done! I'm sure my man and I will return next year. Thank you.
I placed an order on the restaurant's app and arrived later than scheduled to pick it up. Upon arrival, I noticed three workers behind the counter. Despite being present for some time, none of the workers acknowledged me or offered to assist. After standing at the counter for about five minutes, I had to raise my voice to get their attention. Finally, one of the workers realized my order had been prepared and handed it to me.
