my man and I are of grand rapids. it took us two hours to get to this white lock. we wanted to create the famous film of harold and kumar go to white castle and we have so spontaneously. the bathroom of women was absolutely disgusting. after a two-hour drive without pause, unnecessary to say, I was kind of disappointed. there were dirty toilet paper all over the floor and the actual toilet so that I have the classic squat technique to touch nothing. the wash basins were clean. that was a surprise. since they had a complete staff that did nothing, I would have expected that the bathroom, the table and the chairs are clean?. they have the coca Cola machine where they can choose any other type...
This evening my wife placed an on line order at 7:43, which was to be ready by 7:58 pm. I arrived at the drive through lane at about 7:55. The car in front of me had to wait about 8 minutes before someone took her order. I had to wait ten minutes for her to get her order before I could get to the window. I told the man at the window that I was picking up an on line order for Irene, and he asked me what was in it. There was a lot of movement on the other side of the glass, but not much happening. If I could give it no stars I would. I am so disappointed in this location and I will never do my business here again. There was a customer who asked for no onions due to allergies and they still gave it to him when he told them they goofed he was told there was always going to have a little onion and started making fun of him behind his back including one of the managers. They made a big deal that drive thru was backed up because of the customer when it was their mess up. I called to speak to a manager just to have the one who made fun of him answer my call. Waiting for what seemed forever to try one of their new 21 burgers. I was told they're making it fresh for me. What I got was cold dried out and tough. If I ever go back, I'll stick to sliders.
Don't listen to the haters. this white castle location are all the workers here amazing, and eating was almost, hot and delicious. with a smile, thanks to so much white castle of howell!

It's been years since I ate at white castle.the staff were awesome, and seemed to enjoy my excitement. The 20 pack was awesome. Will miss them again until I go back!
