terrible 20 minutes wait in the car thru. lobby not open. Eat was not hot and asked for no wobble. in the grunde had a wobble sandwich on one. everyone bites on others. on another note gas is too high to be in a running gear thru for 20 minutes, and the person who has made orders didn't say I take her order? only her order then asked me again as if I had never ordered. the person who was able to see the burgers worked without urgency. hide more personal and give them a good, fast and friendly service. Had to wait a half an hour for food that was ordered online and supposed to be ready when I got there. To be fair, the food was good and staff was polite but I don't think they even started my order until I pulled up to the window. Sad to say, because I love this stuff and don't want to be mad, but it's my last white castle run.

extremely long wait in the drive thru, waited for over 20 minutes only to get to the window to pay. I guess they're short things, but also with short employees. the orders don't last so long. I know I used to work at white castle and with only two of us waited the customers not so long for their command.

eating was not very good and also not service. it was very difficult to order because we could not hear or understand the person who takes our order. the area was closed without any signs saying that it was or existed why.

never seen, go wrong with white castle. that is the lonely on the natural bridge. the personal is met or miss, but if they get a good customer service, the experience is great.
