it was a very nice experience. we've done this before, but not at this place, but it seemed better than our other. everyone was polite and went beyond my expectations. the decoration was sweet and we loved the person that let us in. they opened the door asked if we had stopped, then first said that it had us laugh at the picture day. I think we can now go to this one. we also have a chocolate heart and a cake pop before we left, not sure whether that was for all standorte or just something that this place has done to go the extra mile.
I came thru the ride thru on New Year's Eve and the lady who works the ride thru is so friendly and always offers contingencies that honestly it is the only one that ever offer me this... and I met various restaurant drive thru frequently. She definitely makes me come back and the food is always fresh and delicious!
Staff are kind and kind to help me with an order that was wrong, which was grateful not in one he said she said debate. The other reason why I write this is because these 1921 are like my main reason on the way back to white castle they are so much better than the original slide.
The cashier Drea on the over night shift was wonderful to me and my sons.She had a great personality and was very knowledgeable about the menu .She was great. I hope I spelled her name correctly...Drea.
