So let me start off by saying I've been to a lot of White Castle's from one end of Long Island to Pennsylvania and I've always got rust and root service everytime I go through the drive-through specially in Jersey City terrible service and so I come to this Clifton one and nayeli Brianna was working the drive-thru Nayeli was the one that took my order she was so patient and so helpful I loved the way that she took care of me Sperry professional and great service and I wasn't rushed and it was great so then I get up to the window and there's Brianna asking me do I want any sauces or anything very sweet very polite very professional I highly recommend you guys go at night to this White Castle...
Well this restaurant tables and the floor should be clean and also the windows should be shade and the doors should have better locks for protect for the workers so customers could see the changes and you guys should have a bullet proof glass window where you order so the workers could be protected and for one drive thru window you guys should have a bullet proof glass drive thru window only to protect the workers that work there and you guys should paint this place and make a change. This restaurant should not be 24 hours this restaurant should only be from 6:00am to 12:00am at midnight for the last order. This restaurant should be close by midnight. You guys should upgrade this restaurant.
don't waste our money, hot grill is just about 3 blocks away button better away and for the $20 I spent and waited for over 20 minutes. I made a mistake because I carved. not the same if I ever carve again I will go directly to hot grillmy dog milo would not even eat any of the food! it is regrettable that I should have gone with the other place, but I have not parked: eating was cumbersome and long wait for the price they can get much better off parking
I ordered today and told them no onions and they drowned it with onions. I had to go back to the drive thru because they are under remodeling. The person that took my order snatched the food out of my hand and had a bad attitude like I made the food incorrectly. She has a real problem.

I am not a fan of white concluded so that this evaluation cannot count, because in the not a big castle eater, but badly held on the inner very dirty many homeless around and very bad smell in and out of eating taste just as bad as it looks customer service is ok
This location needs a training. The fries and fish nibblers are always over cooked. Too much cheese on the burgers. I mean everyone knows the burgers aren't that big for a whole slice of cheese. It changes the taste.
Ordered by phone on Super Bowl Sunday told me I could pick up my order and would be ready at 5:30. Got there 5:30. Paid. Then told me my order would be ready in about 45 mins
I hate to leave negative reviews, but that must be the most dirty almost food spot I've ever stopped and I felt so sick after eating there. should have trusted
