Lately every time I visit this restaurant, the service only gets worse and worse. My last experience was unacceptable. Not only did I have to wait almost an hour for my food, but the cashier girl was very disrespectful. I placed an order, and waited a long time only to receive cold burgers and dirty (yes dirty) fries. I addressed the fries issue and the female employee explained that it's because of the oil and made it seem like I didn't have a choice in the matter but to accept it. I asked how long will it take to make new fries and was told it will take 10 minutes. I then requested to have my entire order replaced because by the time I get fresh sanitary fries, my burgers that initially we...
The burgers were great. I got the 20 pack plus other things. What I didn 't like is I wanted the 60 pack. The employee saw it on my phone and pulled it up on her phone and the app plus asked another employee. Well, the computer wouldn 't let them key it in for the price shown, under $30. So they said it will only ring up $80+ although she said she see it advertised for that price. That was disappointing. Oh and no we don 't do overrides
1st time back since the rebuilt and this place and service is 100 times better... Update 6/5/23 All above remains true except going to this spot at midnight I ordered 3 double cheese and 2 single cheese but got 5 single cheese burgers. Although through White Castle on sunrise is a bit more out of my way I may have to stick with them since they never messed up my order!
This store made my door dash driver wait 1 hour for the food. I was watching the map. Dasher was there over an hour. When the food finally came, the fries were dry and cold, and the burger didn't taste good, ot was soggy and falling apart. The onion rings were chewy like gummy bears. A fluke night ? In the past two weeks, I've purchased takeout from them three times totaling five bowls. I simply got the campero bowls with fried chicken, as did my boyfriend. AMAZING!!! Delivery is regular and once arrived early. Campero sauce is incredible!
White Castle charges different prices than what is posted on the price board. Employees are not aware of the changes when it happens. White Castle just assume that people will pay whatever they fell like.
Love this place been going since I was a kid. I wish there was one in Massachusetts but hey I will take that ride for them burgers any day. You have to also try the chicken sliders they're delicious
