The cashier appeared overwhelmed. In the dining area, the drink machine indicated it had lemonades, and there was even a sign by the registers announcing three new flavors. Yet, when I asked for Minute Maid Lemonades, those flavors were unavailable, along with most other options.
One of the cooks, a young man, came to the counter with my food, and I inquired about the drinks. He seemed surprised but kindly took my cups to the drive-thru drink machine and filled them with the flavors I requested. He was very polite and professional, doing his best to help by providing napkins, straws, dips, and bagging the drinks for easier carrying.

This restaurant was fantastic! The staff patiently waited for me to place my order since it had been ages since I last dined at White Castle. Whenever I'm in St. Louis, I make sure to stop by. This was actually the first time in a while that I ordered inside the restaurant. As I mentioned earlier, they were very patient with me. In the meantime, they also managed to fulfill several drive-thru orders. After washing my hands and grabbing a soda, my food was ready in no time. The service was excellent, and the restrooms were quite clean! The staff was very friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with them about who I would rather box. In my opinion, this location deserves a perfect 10 out of 10!
Typically, the food is prepared fresh to order, but on this occasion, my meal was disappointing. The meat was dry, and the onions were overcooked and tough. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Since I was on the clock, I couldn't return to request fresh food. The staff suggested I come back another day to have it fixed, but I'm hesitant to even consider that. The customer service at these places seems to be declining. It's frustrating when employees have a negative attitude when customers raise concerns about their service and food.
It's White Castle. If you're not already familiar with their menu, just keep in mind that they serve sliders. For those who know what to expect, the food was as usual (which is what we were looking for) and the service was adequate. The food could have arrived a bit quicker, but given how busy it was, I didn't mind the wait. I'll definitely return the next time I'm in the area and craving something to eat.

White Castle is a fantastic choice for a meal at any time. We've been looking forward to their Valentine's Day event for a few years now. Although we had a great time and enjoyed the food, the location we chose didn’t have the romantic ambiance that other White Castle locations provide for Valentine's Day. We can't wait to try again next year!
The location is very convenient. The drive-thru can sometimes get crowded late at night, especially when bars are closing, but the staff typically does a great job of getting customers through quickly. I visit frequently, and my orders are always accurate.
This was our first time making a reservation at White Castle for Valentine's Day, and we had a wonderful time with our grandkids. If you haven't tried it yet, you should definitely give it a go next year!
