This place White Springs Cafe Discriminates, I ordered my food and paid, also left a tip on a to go order. I was asked if I wanted a complimentary Ginger Tea which I said yes. I waited for the tea 5min into me coming in. I was asked to wait outside, and they will bring my food out, so I went to seat in my car, got off about 15 to 20min later to check if my food was ready and it wasn 't. I was okay with it, not in a rush, I already know it takes awhile I 've been here before. I was just checking I didn 't say anything to them just went inside but again they told me to wait outside and again I went to seat in the car...for another 15min, I go check again and wait outside 10 min more, when then...
After TWO YEARS of our family supporting this cafe/restaurant, they suddenly BANNED us from eating there. We weren’t just every now and then customers either, we were REGULARS. Despite their food being pricy and the lack of seating because it’s a small place, we thought the food tasted good so we went to them and always ordered a lot. We even purchased food trays from them for a party before. It would be understandable if we were ever rude but we’ve always tried to be respectful and kind. Our family always complimented them on their food too. This restaurant wants to cater to a specific population. It doesn 't welcome everyone. They make excuses to not serve whoever they want. Sad. Because food is mediocre at best. Too expensive to justify. The trio of ladies who own this venue do not know the difference between good and bad; it shows in the food they prepare. They serve vegan and chicken dishes. Do not be deceived by their acting behavioral niceties . You 'll be better served and treated at Natalee Thai; naturally, they know they serve meat dishes ans well seasoned.
I’m not vegan or vegetarian, but this restaurant really makes me reconsider! The food is absolutely delicious, authentic, and, above all, very fresh! The service and hospitality were outstanding! I’ll definitely be returning to sample more dishes. A big thank you to the entire staff for making our lunch an unforgettable experience!

My family’s first time eating at White Springs and we are spell bound by their delicious food. Stunning depth of flavor; this is our new go to Thai food. Won’t order any other place. And I am hardly ever moved to write reviews online for anything. This place truly stands out!
Wow! This is the best Thai food I have ever had! Everything is fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. You must try the eggplant with basil, yellow curry, and orange mushrooms. As for vegetarian options, there are plenty to choose from!
This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants! I highly recommend their Pad Thai; I can’t help but order it every time I visit since I first tasted it. I love everything about this place!
My new favorite place in Arcadia. Their wide selection of Vegan and Vegetarian food is amazing! My twins love their Thai iced tea. The staff is incredible and provides such great service.
