We just returned from Whole Foods Market minutes ago with two pizzas we ordered. One was ok, with some burning on the bottom. The other wine was deeply burned on the top and on the bottom, not much really available to eat. I have pictures made out of pieces available. In whole my life I never seen such over cooked and burned pizza. We used to buy pizzas at this place time ago, but always very good quality. It is hard to believe what we got this time, careless cooking and careless quality judgement before turning it to the customers. We will avoid pizza orders from this location. I was hoping to attach some pictures, but not sure if this setting will allow me to do so. We are very disappointe...
I am extremely disappointed and will never order from here for Thanksgiving again. I placed my order well in advance for two different types of turkey. I specifically chose turkey breast because it cooks quickly and we don’t have carving utensils. However, you ran out of the turkey I had ordered without informing me and decided to "upgrade" it to a four-person brined turkey that takes over an hour to cook and requires carving. This is unacceptable. There was no apology, and the store manager was unhelpful. If you don’t have the items I ordered, you should communicate that ahead of time. If you're looking for a reliable Thanksgiving meal, I recommend going to Plum Market.
Great selection of food. They often have groceries that are hard to find at other large chain grocery stores. The store atmosphere/quality has declined slightly over the years but still pretty clean and well maintained. The Amazon Food Pickup is great reasonable timing and rarely is something out of stock.
This Whole Foods location is by far the most poorly managed store I’ve visited. They consistently fail to stock products regularly, with shelves often empty and a noticeable lack of consistency. This restaurant offers incredible organic fresh fruits and vegetables. The homemade cake is absolutely delightful and beyond compare. The store is clean and well-organized, and the service is excellent with a quick checkout process. Thank you!
Wish the shoppers were nicer but I guess it fits for the demographic. High prices but you always pay more for healthier options. Clean store and employees are helpful. Amazon return line blocks the entry way when there is a long line.
Everything is always fresh. Would have given a 5 star if the deli food menu would change. It's always the same chicken, salmon, shrimp, and meat loaf. Change it up sometimes, and please change the sides up.
