We moved here last year form St johns, Nl and were very happy when we found this cafe. We often come here with our infant daughter. The atmosphere is very relaxed and by far the best for a downtown cafe feel. The food, service, and coffee are all excellent as well as fairly priced. The only downfall to this cafe is the hours of operation. It closes every evening at 6PM so forget about having a nice relaxing evening coffee. We can usually only make it here on a Saturday morning because most people work Monday - Friday and don't have the time to get here within the daytime hours. My friend and I took our toddlers to this cafe. They have plenty of highchairs available, and no stairs so it was easy to get the stroller inside. The staff made little steamed milks for our boys and my order (a london fog) tasted amazing! I was a little disappointed that the only gluten-free baking they had was a cookie - it was more of a granola bar as it wasn't as sweet as a cookie - but it was good nonetheless. I will definitely come back!
Great place for coffee and lunch, snack or meeting place. great place for anyone new to town to find out what's going on in the city. You can also rent out as a venue which is what I went to on last visit, baby shower, what a great idea. Fabulous spot Fort Saint John is lucky to have this coffee shop. Worth the small detour off highway for anyone on road trip, coffee, tea and food much better than anything you get from chain store
This place is centrally located, and has lots of seating. Their menu is huge for a coffee shop. They have a wide variety of wholesome foods, dishes and beverages. Their 'wholewheat and honey' dish is delicious(my personal fav), and their chai is the best. This is my favourite spot to meet friends for breakfast and lunch. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Fort St John.
I've had the opportunity to stop in a couple of times for lunch. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was delicious. I tried their chicken Caesar wrap on my first visit. It was wonderful. Their soup and sandwich special on my next visit were just as good. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Definitely stop in if you have the chance.
Popped in for a working lunch. Excellent selection on the menu, good service, good wifi and light. The food and tea were both great. Looks like a nice place to relax, as well -- very spacious. Wheelchair accessible and little children were welcome (highchairs and booster seats).
Lucked out having this spot down the road from the hotel. Coffee, cappuccinos, etc. Good wholesome eats, salads, baking, etc. Made my vital morning espresso a reality. Local art on display and a cozy couch corner with some books. Great place to hang out :)
Mice quite place where you can relax and talk with out any outside interference. Had a few meetings there and really enjoyed and the plus side it has great food.
Great place for a lunch date, really good donairs, nice atmosphere, lovely staff, tasty treats, not a huge fan of the coffee but the rest is great
