I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor service. One of the female staff members was quite rude. When I requested a coffee with half regular and half French vanilla, she straightforwardly refused, telling me that the French vanilla creamer was located somewhere else. I explained that I had ordered this exact coffee many times before, but she persisted in saying no. After a frustrating back-and-forth, I decided to leave and won't be returning. It's crucial for staff to avoid arguing with customers and to provide better customer service. I hope they consider hiring more friendly employees, like those at the location in Commerce, who are always welcoming!
I've been a loyal customer since this restaurant first opened, usually stopping by every morning for a large iced coffee and a bagel. Typically, my iced coffee costs $4.79, but during my last visit in the evening, I was shocked to be charged $7.50 for just the coffee. I found this price to be excessive and asked a staff member for an explanation, but they just said that's the price. Unsatisfied with that answer, I feel it's important to speak with the manager. Can anyone explain if prices are indeed higher in the evening, or why I was charged so much?
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at this Winchell's location. While I have had mixed experiences with their donuts in the past, the ones we tried on this visit were fantastic and incredibly fresh. We stopped by around 9 AM, which was a great time, and everything tasted delightful. The customer service was outstanding as well. Although I didn’t catch the names of the two ladies who helped us, they were exceedingly polite and patient. Out of all the Winchell's in the area, I would definitely recommend this location.
Why I been a customer since they open I go almost everyday in the morning and get my self a large ice coffee and a bagel they always give me the coffee at $4.79 but last time I went in the night and just for the large ice coffee they wanted to charge ne$7.50 I think is ridiculous I ask him why so expensive and he said that is his price that's it and I don't like it I have tocall the manager can some one tell me if in the night their prices are higher or why they want to charge me that much

I've had issues with my orders three out of the last four times I've been there. Specifically with the donuts—I don't think they speak much English. I try to point to the donuts and I know their names, but they still manage to give me the wrong one. Today, they even forgot the fourth donut I ordered! It's not like I'm ordering a dozen. They always seem busy making breakfast sandwiches. On the plus side, they do greet you when you arrive.
I haven't been to this donut place in the early morning for a long time, I had had a bad experience with the staff, but I was pleasantly surprised to be served by a very kind and very cordial employee. I think that many times a smile changes the whole perspective. What do you have about the place, I didn't notice the name but it was very kind.?
I usually don't write reviews, but I had a really disappointing experience with a Hispanic woman who was working the night shift. She was quite rude, and I would prefer to go somewhere else rather than come back here.
The food is quite delicious, but the customer service is lacking. The waitress with green eyes appears to be unhappy in her role, which makes you think twice about coming back.

the milkshakes here taste Bad. I ordered a raspado and they gave it to me with no flavorings just ice. Only come if you want a donut or coffee.
