This spot is literally up the block from us so we come here often and maaaaan I can say this with confidence, this spot is guaranteed to get your order wrong and burn your bagels. EVERY SINGLE TIME. There's no point of the drive thru, they always make you repeat the order when you get to the front like it's the first time you ordered. I wish we lived near a better Winchells. If you see more than one car, go to Tierra Mia or Starbucks, don't ruin the start of your day here.
Terrible service. I waited a long time at the register, and no one even acknowledged my presence. There were three girls who kept walking back and forth to the kitchen. Another customer walked in, stood behind me, and they immediately asked him if he needed help, even though they knew I was there first. When the customer pointed that out, the staff member still had the audacity to give me attitude. I will never return to this place. It was so humiliating.
The store is clean and well-kept, and having a bathroom available is a nice bonus! I tried the ham, egg, and cheese bagel, and it was delicious. I really enjoy the coffee here, and it's consistently good at every location. The donuts are incredibly fresh, and the staff is friendly. I'll definitely return to this place, especially since the service was quick as well.
The drive-thru is closed at night, which seems like the time they should be open the most! I ordered a ham and cheese croissant, but it wasn’t warmed up at all. The cheese wasn’t melted; it was just a whole block of cheese with ham. The employee was on her phone using Bluetooth and clearly didn’t care about providing good customer service. Donuts are good but y?all need better employees than this fat girl working today 12/8/22 at 2:00pm she not talking she screaming and that?s not the way to treat customers she is salvadorian I ask no chocolate and she didn?t listen she add a lot of chocolate donuts ???? she has a big fat actitud
Came here at 8am with my family. Very dirty everywhere. Bad service. And they take so long to give you the order. This location is not like before few years back when Alejandra was manager was the best. I will not be returning here again.
I've been here twice and have found a nice selection of sweets. I always order the hot chocolate, which is quite good. The restaurant has a reasonable number of small tables and chairs, and the bathroom was clean.
