I came to try out this winchells for the first time last night and I did not much care for my experience. The person that night had terrible customer service, they were not serving the entire bagel selection so my friend and I settled for a doughnut. The doughnut had to be one of the worse doughnuts I've had, I don't know if you'd even be able to call it a doughnut. It was completely dense, hard, and the only thing saving it was the immense amount of sugar it had. We were very disappointed in this place and really looked forward to it. May try it again but not any time soon
