After waiting almost 15 minutes with no one checking on us, I waited at the bar for 5 minutes just for someone to notice me. The Coke got to our table, but when I inquired about the burger, I received no response. Another 10 minutes passed, and my daughter was begging for her burger. Finally, we got up and asked for the manager. He barely spoke, stared blankly at me, and said that the burger had been forgotten. There was not a single apology or offer to make things right. I had to take my daughter home and give her ice cream for dinner while we made our own meal. The table next to us was served something completely different from what they ordered. Wing House in Cannington was our first and last time as the food we ordered was really disappointing. The full rack of ribs tasted like they were freezer burned. The Knockout Wrap was tasteless, yes it was spicy as expected but flavourless and lifeless as my daughter described it. The wings however were fine and comparable to other wings at other places. So I guess you can come here for the wings only. Honestly, save your money and take your family elsewhere like Montana 's or even Swiss Chalet for that matter! Sure you might spend a little more but Wing House isn 't cheap to begin with.
Excellent food! A huge variety of wing flavours to choose from, personally I would definitely recommend Power of Neili, Knockout Garlic and Devil’s Ranch to any spice lovers! The mexican fries are also a must try!! The atmosphere is also really laid-back and home-y. Perfect to bring your kids here, it’s very kid friendly. I would also highly recommend the desert items here, which is unexpected because it’s a wing place, but all of the desert items are crafted beautifully, and not to mention, delicious! I would definitely come here for a birthday. The staff is also really friendly.
I've never dined in, but I'm a regular customer for takeout. I’ve always been satisfied, and I find that the wings are sauced better than at the Beaverton location. It's something small and random, but it really makes a difference! Their chicken salads offer amazing value for the amount and quality you receive. I can never resist the Mexican fries or loaded onion rings either. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is that I haven't experienced the dine-in experience, so I can't comment on the service, location, drinks, etc. Keep up the great work, everyone! I visited this restaurant a month ago for dinner with friends, and shortly after, I suffered from severe food poisoning. Tonight, my boyfriend dined there and is now experiencing the same food poisoning after eating wings. Initially, I hesitated to write a review because I thought my experience might have been a one-time occurrence, but now that he is affected as well, I feel concerned for other customers.
Great wings, poor service. I?m never the one to be negative but the service was very unprofessional. Ordered garlic parm fries, turned into a ?forgotten? order. The servers were on their phones watching videos for the entire duration of my meal. The foodhowever was great, which is why it hurts to post a one-star rating. I?m going to stick with the beaverton location instead.
