I have to say these wings might be the best here. The wings are a good size, fleshy, and I had no one who had been deceased or broken until today. I recently visited the Waterbury location and was truly impressed by the customer service. My job requires me to spend a lot of time on the road, and I often need to find a place to grab lunch or dinner. Gabby (or Abby) handled my order, and she was incredibly pleasant, friendly, and professional. This made a significant impression on me, especially since most restaurants often operate like a conveyor belt with little regard for customer care. My food was perfectly prepared, and I will definitely return when I’m in the area. I don’t usually write restaurant reviews, but in this case, it was absolutely warranted. A+!
We go to Wing It On since it opened in 2013, and its quality is still as big as on day 1! This is our way to the wings when we're in the area! The wings and offers are so amazing, and the staff is really helpful! Our favorite flavors are red white and blue, shogun, mango habanero and honey heat, and basically all dry rubs. Honestly, we had no taste we didn't like, they're all so good. If I gave them more stars. Thank you for the years of grace! Can't wait to go back!
This place is a joke. $1 for extra blue cheese.. u can order 50 wing and because u don’t brake in serving portion of 6 u only get one and u have to pay $1 for every extra one. The employee (cashier) was super rude and disrespectful. She should be fire and never allow to work with people at all!! The food is not even cook right and the the chicken wings looked like they were hit with a bat smh!!!!!

We were greeted upon our arrival by a friendly staff food was brought out hot and in a timely manner even the manager came out to visit us and checked if our table had everything we needed for a small restaurant this place has alot of heart and I'd recommend it to anyone in the area
Ordered 12 wings and was told it would take 20 minutes. I showed up to pick up my wings and had to wait another half hour to get my food even though I called ahead of time. I ended up canceling my order and getting a refund. Biggest waste of time. I’m never coming back here again.
Before covid , I used to love stopping by as often as possible. I used to work in the area and all I could smell from the time they opened until my lunch break was the sweet BBQ SMOKE wafting through the air. (Not really productive to be honest)
Spent over $150 worth of food, they forgot to put all the food in the bags. Called to let them know I’m missing. The manger is very rude and refused to give me what I paid for. They’re all loud and unprofessional! Never spend money there again!

It used to be better when they first opened. Employees on the cell phones last 3 times I went in to pick up wings...gives me the feeling that I am interupting thier break time..wing flavor on point tho.(lemon pepper).
Ordered their original fried chicken sandwich and was absolutely horrible. Tasted like it was soaked in vinegar for days. It was semi burnt and the skin just fell off.
