I ordered online at 6:30 email receipt said carry out in about 38-43 mins, why the hell did I not get my food till around 8:45-9PM.. I asked the front counter rep was my order ready 3 times all they asked was my name (wouldn’t it make sense to ask for order ? and said it wasn’t ready. When I told my wife let’s get a refund after sitting for hours, the manager asked why we wanted one (dumb question , we told them we ordered at 6:30, she proceeded to look the order up on her computer and said “oh this order didn’t print off for us” (are you F’n kidding me ? . I told my wife yes let’s get a refund but the manager insisted we let her make the food immediately… never go here on a weekend people....

I had the worst service I've ever experienced. They messed up my order, and when I brought it to the manager's attention, she insisted I was mistaken while putting the correct order in the bag. She was going to make me wait until all the other orders were finished to fix mine. If I could give zero stars, I would. Whatever happened to good customer service? People like her shouldn't be in a service management role!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff, particularly a tall guy with dreadlocks and a woman with red hair, told me my food would be ready in 20 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes, I arrived at the restaurant, only to find out my order wasn't ready for another hour. When I asked to cancel my order and get a refund, they refused. The entire place really needs new management and staff.

Terrible experience! I ordered a 20-piece boneless wing meal, and I discovered that one of my habanero wings and one of the atomic wings had been bitten into and then put back in the box. Since I live 30 minutes away, this was incredibly frustrating. When I called to complain, the manager seemed indifferent. They really need to close this place down!
HORRIBLE!!!!!! They are beyond terrible and slow with common sense. The girl who took my order complained about me ordering food?dry greeting wrong attitude. After my 30 minute wait just to be told she gave my order away. Looking at me with shockingnews face!! I got my money back and left before I snapped on them lazy employee?s. I AM OVER IT!!
Walked up to the counter and took almost 10 minutes for someone to ask me about my order. Ordered online and it took an extra 45 min past my scheduled time for it to be ready. The workers are saying curse words so loud that you can hear them in the lobby with small children in the restaurant
wings are good, but ... they are slow as mud. And check your order before leaving ... I ordered 40 wings online, came home and only had 29. When I went back and told them, they were kind and corrected the order, but only gave me 10 instead of 11. Bottom line: Wings good, Service sucks.

Wings are worth the wait!! Everything tasted great, especially the fries! The wings had a great kick! The staff was very friendly and helpful when I picked up my order! I will definitely come back
I tried this wingstop all my food was fresh and correct! New chicken sandwich was very good. Shoutout to you guys!!
