They only earned a 3-star rating because their wings were really disappointing. The one positive aspect was that they were freshly cooked and crispy, which I appreciated. However, I'm not a fan of Wing Stop. I ordered lemon pepper wings but could hardly taste the lemon pepper. I also got garlic parmesan fries, and again, the garlic parmesan flavor was barely detectable. Perhaps the cook was having an off day, but I'm not willing to spend any more money there, as I don't want to be disappointed again. On a positive note, I do want to give a 5-star rating for their friendly, professional, and quick customer service.
Absolutely delicious! I'm obsessed with the lemon pepper Classic wings, and my 14-year-old is a big fan of the Garlic Parmesan. I was surprised to find that the mild sauce is the best I’ve ever tasted—it's not just spicy like most, but incredibly flavorful! Yum! Lakeita and Carlos were incredibly friendly and made our visit truly enjoyable. The Louisiana Voodoo and Buffalo Ranch fries are also fantastic! I brought some lemon pepper wings home for my mom to try, and she loves them as well. We'll definitely be back for more!

The staff at this restaurant was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. It was cooked to perfection, with generous portions and presented beautifully. It was served piping hot, and the fries were the best I've ever had from WingStop. They were seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of salt. Great boneless wings. Crispy on the outside and juicy/tender on the inside. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Store was clean and throughly enjoyed garlic parm and bbq boneless wings. Only problem was there was no menu posted anywhere in the store. I would give them 5 stars but the bbq was pretty spicy and there was no spicy indicator for that flavor. Wayyyyyy better than Wing Snob?
I ordered food from here (online) maybe 5 or 6 times all, but once my food was overcooked hard. One time it wasn't overhauled, I called immediately after the order to make sure it was. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have worked in fast food so I understand that some days are better than others, but at this point obviously there is no form and care of quality control.
Today, the woman at the register, Valencia, was exceptionally kind. She greeted me with a smile as soon as I entered the restaurant and informed me about the lunch specials. The chef not only prepared my meal beautifully, but also personally brought it out to me in the lobby. Although I did not catch his name, I truly appreciated their excellent customer service today.

The quality at this restaurant is consistently good, although there was one disappointing batch of dry wings. The french fries are often undercooked, so I recommend ordering them well done. In our experience, orders are always accurate.
