My review and rating is mainly in comparison to the other Wingstop I've been to.Honestly, this is the best Wingstop in my area. I only visited this Wingstop because it's close to my job. I don't know how much this is saying, but I place it way above the Oakland and Emeryville Wingstop establishments I've visited (which are almost all of them). The chicken has been good, and cooked well, not over or under cooked. The fries are well seasoned. Great customer service, and the wait time is standard or less than that.
I had a really unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The customer service was horrible; it took way too long for my order to arrive, and they prioritized the orders of people who came in after me. When I finally received my food, I was disappointed once more. I had requested my meal without any spicy ingredients, but it felt like they intentionally ignored my request, especially since they laughed when delivering it to me. I will definitely not be returning to this place.
The manager was extremely rude to both customers and staff. I visited the restaurant and asked a question about a menu item, but instead of helping me, she argued with me until I decided to leave due to her rudeness. One of the staff members intervened on my behalf, but she shot him a dirty look and silenced him. Honestly, I hope she gets fired; her behavior is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.
Good place if you want horrible customer service and missing food other than that food is good if youre lucky to not get it cold and get your actual amount also good place if you feel like fighting someone

We placed a $50 order and requested an extra ranch dressing, which they charged us for. However, we only received one ranch for the entire order. We won't be returning there.
Slow as hell!!!!!! Cashier took forever to even acknowledge I was alive and food took forever to come out. Won’t stop in again.
