I recently visited this Wingstop in walnut ca and the experience was the worst. First the girl in the front taking orders is extremely rude when I walked in and told her I needed a min to order she walked away and started laughing at me with her other coworkers. Second when I told her I was ready to order she rolled her eyes at me and was giving me attitude while she was taking my order . Third I waited more then 45 mins for my order and I only order 6 piece combo . When my order was ready I asked her if I can get a side of seasoning for the fries I told her I would pay she then walked away and came back with it and threw it on the counter .
we picked up our order tonight and got back within 10 minutes of getting the order. the employees took over a half hour to give us the order and missed 10 of our wings. I called to ask about it and the shift lead just said that we picked it up over a half hour ago and there 's nothing we could do about it he wouldn 't even give us 10 wings for free. I payed 90$ for the order and it wasn 't even correct. for anyone picking up I would recommend checking the order before leaving.
The food at this Wingstop location was below average compared to others. The wings were poorly cooked—overdone and lacking sufficient sauce. It was disappointing as I really wanted to enjoy the food here. The soda machine also had weak carbonation. The bathroom was unclean and lacked paper towels. Additionally, this location does not accept cash payments over $20. On the plus side, parking is easy and free, with a large lot across the street near a community college.
The employees need to be better trained about store etiquette. I stop by on 2/16/23 at 10:20 pm. Wanting some food to take home. I am greeted at the door by an employee that says that they are closed already even though the sign the website and everything else says 11. I asked them why are they closing early and she says just because. Management needs to do something and train their employees better

Busy location with ample parking, though finding a spot can be challenging due to multiple businesses in the center, especially depending on the time and day. The restaurant is clean, well-lit, and staffed by pleasant employees. I have visited this Wingstop several times to pick up customer orders.
Our wings were excessively greasy, and we didn't even touch the atomic ones because they looked brown. We ended up throwing them away before we could take a picture. We usually enjoy this place, but on our visit today (7/15), the food was disappointing. Rating: 1/5.
Warning: Do not buy wings or food here! )5 stars. Worst f n Wingstop I've been to. Wing sauce spread over all of them. Large fries came with 10 ea. Soggy and broken fries. Customer service: none. I was ignored when requested more fries.
The food was excellent and very tasty. The prices were reasonable and affordable. Although the staff didn’t appear very cheerful, they performed their tasks adequately. It was clear the food was prepared with care. Food: 5/5

Literally over an hr wait, Cajun wings were totally flavorless? just totally dissatisfied, fries were bland ? avoid this location, drive the extra five minutes to 3009? way better there
That old Hispanic lady is rude af. She invaded my personal space and looked like she tried hitting me. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The food here was too soggy too.
