Never again! I was standing at the door at 10:28am, they open at 10:30 so I was waiting for them to come open the door. At 10:26 after watching two employees, just chatting and looking at the door I waved to him like are you going to open? The guy walk out to the back and the girl just stayed looking out the window. A couple that was also waiting. We looked at each other when she said it's open. I was the first one to place my order and did not receive my order until 1105, and that was after me asking about the status. Two customers that came after me receive their mail first and when I asked, they said they were waiting for the sauce really you would think they would prepare before they ope...
I had the most amazing experience at this Wing Stop! The wings and fries were so delicious cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The service was top notch the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. I would definitely recommend this Wing Stop to anyone looking for a great wings and excellent service.
My boyfriend and I always patronize this establishment and were very dissatisfied with our service this evening. Juana A. had an attitude with us the entire time. She didn't want to give us any extra lemon pepper seasoning or accommodate our other requests. This is horrible customer service and we will never come here anymore.
This location has been my go to spot. I like the staff and how they greet me and my family. It?s clean when I come in. I?ve had positive experiences with the staff. If I have a complaint about over seasoned food they listen and get it taken care of withouthaving issues.

Ordered online, went to pick it up. I asked the lady of everything was in the bag, she assured me that everything was in the bag. I even asked the 2nd time. She said yes. I get home and 2 large fries are missing. I had to go back to pick them up.
Food is always pretty good, but I usually order these for pick up and go, this store usually gets really hot because of the windows out front, uncomfortable to dine in
Lemon pepper wings were great. So where the the rub ones. The hot wings tasted like PizzaHut micro wave wings not good. This is the first time I've experienced that.
Patience was so rude she doesn't know what customer service is she needs to go through a training because she has problems she doesn't even take my order correct...
