I had a terrible experience with the male Mexican manager/supervisor at this restaurant. He is dishonest! Customers place their orders, but when delivery drivers arrive to pick them up, he falsely claims that someone else has already taken the order. It’s as if he's pretending it was stolen, but I know better—I'm a Dasher and familiar with how this place operates. They don’t hand food out freely; you have to confirm your pickup before they even give you the bag, which they keep behind the counter.

I had a negative experience with Wingstop recently. It seems they are asking delivery drivers to fill the drinks, which goes against labor regulations. When I informed the customer about the delivery, she was very upset and mentioned that her company won't be ordering from Wingstop again because of this policy. It's important to note that all drinks should be filled and sealed with a tamper-evident sticker by Wingstop staff. I recommend not accepting your order if it doesn’t have that seal.
The manager, who is a tall blonde with a rather unfortunate hairstyle, was very disrespectful. He never returned my phone calls and ignored my complaints. I waited 50 minutes for my order of boneless wings, and when they finally arrived, I received only four instead of five. To make matters worse, the manager shouted at me and insulted me by calling me fat, suggesting that as a woman, I should belong in the kitchen.
I'm really disappointed because I've visited this location many times and it has always been good. However, yesterday my friends and I experienced food poisoning to the extent that we had to go to the hospital. I'm not sure if we can receive any compensation, but I do believe they need to be more careful with the food they serve.

We ordered three burgers with fries, but when we got home, we discovered that one burger was missing. We went back to the restaurant, and they quickly gave us the missing burger. As a bonus, they also provided us with extra fries! Everything was delicious!
There is a blonde and curly guy who is so rude. He treats the people incredibly bad, especially women. I went to that place a couple of times and it was the same horrible experience. You should not go to that Wingstop, if you don’t want to be mistreated.
The ambiance at this location far exceeds expectations. The food orders are consistently accurate, and they are always very generous with the sauces, portion sizes, utensils, and napkins!

The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. However, I only received one flat dish and all the legs. Despite that, I would still rate it 5 stars!
