They never delivered my food but it said they did and I had to go through customer service and wait another 30 mins just for them to tell me I have to call the manager or the store to get a refund. I was also standing in the cold for 15 mins after they texted me it was approaching my house with my food but not a single car came passed. No one called to make sure I was outside either. They should really start asking people for confirmation numbers to show to the deliverer and have them scan a barcode on your phone IN ORDER for them to say they delivered the food. I hate that the only confirmation is if you answer yes to being the name on the order and it makes no sense because there?s so many...
I placed my order inside for take out. I ordered an 8 piece combo with fries. Angel as it says on the receipt was the one who took my order. He was the only cashier taking orders which I know shouldn?t be happening as there was like 5 other customers waiting. There was a young lady with orange hair who was just standing there on her phone instead of helping her coworkers. I understand they?re under staffed but still she could?ve helped out customers instead of trying to look pretty (which she wasn?t at all . Other than that the other dude helping me out was helpful. So if you come to this wingstop just be prepared because the owner still hasn?t got his crew together in place.

I would have given them a 5-star rating if their phone had been working. The restroom was clean, but there was no toilet paper, and I forgot to mention it to the staff. As much as I love Wingstop, this franchise have let themselves go. Third time where I come in and have pre ordered my food in advanced and still the restaurant tends to always be low-staffed and commenting of just up and leaving it. Unprofessional. Unorganized needs more TLC from franchise owner.
The food is of course good, but the place is underoccupied for the amount of business they receive. The cashier never asked anyone what they needed, she just waited for people to say something so that we're all standing around and looking for lost Lol.
Came in to order an extract for an 8pc combo. It took a long time to be ready, not only that other costumers who were given their food before me with great orders. Very unacceptable!
