Terrible place to order food from. I've tried this wingstop on Germantown Parkway in Cordova over and over again and they just never get the food right. My wife and I orders were messed up again. My wings were not fried well done, which I specifically asked for through the app and fries were cold. My wife asked for her wings well done and asked for all flats, neither happened. Our chicken was fat and not edible. A waste of my money. We will not be returning to any wingstop ever again. We need to boycott this restaurant until they decide to close down or provide better service to the people!
I have been waiting on 2 ten piece combos for almost an hour!!! They said something happened to their printer and they couldn't read any tickets. But a guy that came after me got his food and is gone! This is unacceptable and ridiculous and I will not return. I suggest you go to another wing spot cause this is not what's up!!!

Two times I came here for doordash they say they gave the order our clearly not because I have the order ON MY PHONE. I decided to be an idiot and order a mobile order I go in and they say my order was already handed out. Dumb ahhh workers

New automated system doesn't recognize certain orders. Operator didn't help, transferred to store. They don't answer. Go to store and employee tell me their only accenting online orders. How can you not take an order in store????
Food Poisoning. Ordered via Uber Eats to try something new. I had all sorts vile symptoms and missed two days of work. Never Again. Never from a chain restraunt. Quality control is never a consideration.
Placed my order online at 630 and didn't get it until 8pm. Then it was missing fries, I was not the only one with issues tonight unfortunately and not much was done to resolve others
There's a bunch of great wing places all around Memphis so no need to waste your time with poor custome
