So I had an incident with one of those ugly hired or manager if they want to be technically. it has a fairly large between me and the girl in this ratchet business because they do not know how to be professional. So I called the load the next day to talk to the general manager who was not at this moment, so I spoke to another manager and explained everything that happened and asked that the gm contacted me again and left a call number. the next day, she same girl (ashley) I argued with in the load, the manager calls my phone several times and I don't know who it is, but I ignored her and thanked that I, because it the manager ashley called my phone after me? ve left my number in someone else...
Honestly, there is a wait for food, a long wait, but it taste good so it's kind of worth it. Today I waited an hour for an order,but when I ate it I was so happy. The staff was friendly and personable. They were nasty and two of them had great smiles and continued to smile at everyone. Even when the soda machine was giving her problems she remained pleasant. What I could say that's helpful is to do an online order and pick it up. Everyone that ordered in store did wait a while. Prices, hmm 3 people is easily 50 bucks with even simple order but again the food is maid per order and worth it.
I placed an order around 11pm and called resturant to tell them I forgot to put the apt number. After waiting for them to finally answer the phone the girl told me twice she couldn't see my order and then told me to hold while she got her glasses. After she came back all of a sudden thee system is down. I advised her ill call back in 10 minutes to see if it was up. After calling back at this point to just cancel the order at 11:15,11:20, 11:30 no one is answering the phone. Interesting I thought the store closed at 12pm.
I've been to this restaurant twice, and honestly, the food was just mediocre. I didn't get what all the excitement was about. After seeing an employee's exposé online, complete with video footage, I was completely turned off by this place. It was quite disturbing. I won't be returning to this location again. It's sad that 3 out of the 5 times I. Go here the soda and iced tea Machines are empty. Unfortunately at this last visit I went in to get the wing stop hot box. I showed the lady the picture of it, she charged me $15. Only to give me plain dry wings and ofcourse no drink. Honestly it's my fault for going here. I just won't go here anymore.
Food came out perfect, customer service was amazing, our host Ashley that took our order was super unbelievably helpful. I?m originally from Dallas! Having dined at so many locations, it was refreshing she made our visit so easy compared to other locations in the NY/CT area! Highly recommend!
Went in staff was not pleasant I ordered the hot box and they must have put the whole jar can or whatever of seasoning bc unfortunately they were burnt under all the seasoning first time having wing stop and never again oh wait not one person had gloves
I waited an hour and a half for my delivery and couldn't reach the restaurant because the line was always busy. The management is poor, and the staff were rude. Save your money and eat or order from any other nearby food establishment.
