WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FOOD AT THIS WING STOP!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I am still in disbelief of my experience this evening. I placed a mobile order to this location. Upon arrival I was completely ignored while the employee at the register was ranting over another issue with other employees. Then when I was finally acknowledged the employee stated they never received my order. I showed her my order in the app and she refused to give me my food or refund my money. If I could give this place 0 stars and hope NO ONE ever visits it again, I would totally do that. The fact that there was no management to take care of the situation was infuriating. I had an order of $130+ and when I was tired of waiting, 45 min pastthe already 40-45 min wait, I requested my money back and I was told I?d have to wait til the next day when there was a manageravailable. 2.16.24 arrival 1100 am opening time on the dot. Was told it will be 15-20 mins. Ordered 8 lemon pepper wings for $11.00 and some odd cents. Manager kept telling staff we 're open . Asked the cashier if they did military discount. He said I 'm not sure how to do that . It seems like everyone is undertrained and uninterested, came w/o looking at the yelp reviews. If I could give this place 0 I would, the staff in complete confusion. I order door dash for pick up they told me my order was ready before I got there. Upon arrival was told 15-20 minutes to wait, inquires after 25 minutes revealed they had not started.Complete dazed confusion in the kitchen sprinkled with a total lack of consumer service. I'll take my business to the elkgroveflorin branch this one sucks. And they gave me a 30 pack order in a ripped bag almost lost the whole thing on the way out thedoor but I caught it. They thought that was funny.
i love the bone-in wings in all flavors but boneless wings are so salty it's gross I can't eat them. So are the fries. I'm always sad and waste money unless im specifically ordering bone-in flats. Also the wait time is so long it's guaranteed to be cold unless you sit there waiting. Please fix how salty the boneless wings are this is my review after ordering with you guys after 10 years.
I literally had one small order. I watched the kid bagging up the food, blow his nose and not wash his hands. Then he kept yawning and dropping paper plates and putting them back on the shelf. I am not going to be able to eat the food that took 30 minutesto be handed to me. The place was filthy and they had absolutely no cleanliness or urgency about them. I will never be back.
If you could avoid this location I would. The service is awful: nobody greets you, nobody says thank you or have a good day. Cashier was as on their phone with a line of customers. Think there?s new ownership. Understaffed and took over an 1h30m to get 10 wings. For was supposed to take 30 minutes, waited an additional 15 minutes and asked to check on how much longer and they said an additional 10-15 minutes.. get dinner or a quickbite at other places, definitely not here until ownership does better
