I went to this restaurant with my two brothers on December 30th, and we had a terrible experience. The staff was very rude and only allowed one person in at a time. When my dyslexic brother struggled to read the menu, I went in to help him, but the staff reacted negatively. They were huffing and puffing and talking amongst themselves. When my older brother entered, he was asked rudely if he had a mask, and when he explained that he was exempt, they refused to serve him and asked him to leave. I’ve been going wok go for years. Seen staff come and go and yesterday 27.01.2020 was a terrible visit. They staff where rude and one staff member was confrontational. They got BOTH order wrong, the first order I asked them to change and his response was “ you didn’t say that”. The second order I was even more specific about as my girlfriend has an allergy and they still added what I didn’t want in. I couldn’t of made it any more clear. Even when he made the correct order it was terrible. I watched him just chuck everything in, it was slimy and not nice. I’ve contacted won go directly and I’ll be speaking to the manager today.
I had never been to this restaurant before. After looking at the menu, my friend and I decided to try it out because we were in the mood for noodles. We ordered one medium and one large noodle dish, as well as some spring rolls. The total came to 22 pounds, which we found to be expensive. The food was unpleasant and lacked flavor. There was hardly any meat or vegetables in the dishes, just a box of bland and overly salty noodles. We were very disappointed and would not dine here again. It was even worse than the noodle version of McDonald's. Overall, it felt like we were paying a high price for low-quality fast food.
We ordered the pad Thai noodles and sweet and sour noodles. We were starving so chose the large boxes at EIGHT pounds each... they were both inedible utterly bland, almost all noodles and very few vegetables. Watery and tasteless. Only three small **** bits of chicken in the sweet and sour which had almost no flavour at all. How dare they charge eight pounds each for this rubbish? I phoned them up and there was no acknowledgement or apology. I hope they go out of business, I feel robbed. Please avoid.

This place used to be a favorite of mine, but my recent visit with a friend was a complete disappointment. The food tasted artificial and unpleasant, reminiscent of a pot noodle. It seems like they added too much MSG, as all of the dishes ended up in the trash. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
I honestly don’t know how the wok n go can still be open to the public, sloppy salty over cooked noodles with salt flavoured sauce and only a few vegetables dotted around the box , poor customer service and items missing from our order. We were hungry so stopped for some ‘fast food’. We ordered a pad Thai, Nasi rice and green curry noodles. All dishes contained very little meat or vegetables, but lots of rice/noodles, sauce and bean sprouts. It was very disappointing, but I guess that’s what you get with fast food restaurants.
The food was 2 hours late, they ran out of everything and when the food eventually did arrive it was disgusting! It contained barely any vegetables, lacked taste and the meat was as tough as old boots! Not authentic in any way, shape or form! Avoid at all costs!

Not a big fan of asian food but this was really good. Definitely will come back and recommend to anyone who wants a taste of asian food.
