First, the food was excellent and our waiter was excellent. That's where it ends. On January 27th we made a reservation for February 10th for a group of 13 people. It was my sister-in-law's 60th birthday. We checked in about 30 minutes early and they said our table was being set up. They then texted us to tell us our table was ready. When they took us to the table, some other guy we didn't know was sitting there. We told the hostess and she just walked away. When more of our party went to the podium after receiving the text that the table was ready, they were directed to the same table where more strangers were now sitting. This was our second time at Wood Ranch. On both visits was fortunate to have Tracy as our server. This young lady is one of the top three servers I've had in my 50 years of dining out. Not only did she remember my wife and I from our first visit some three ago, she also remembered what we drank. Her attention to detail is outstanding. I will always ask for each time I return. The food was very good, but the service gets an A , if not better. Thank you Tracy for the way you treat people and make very one feel special. Wood Ranch should feel honored to have her on their staff.
Our server was Mike and the service was excellect. However, while the food was good, it was superb! The BBQ Baby Back Ribs had a very good flavor, there was as much meat on the ribs compared to other restaurants. The Tri-Tip had a lot of grisly fat on the ends which should have been trimmed before serving. The Garlic buttered rolls were fantastic along with the Mac Cheese. The Mashed Potatoes lacked flavor and the Cole Slaw was OK. Overall, 4-Stars!
If you 're in the mood for BBQ with a broad selection of mouth watering choices to please the entire family palate. Look no further. You have choices from tri-tip, brisket, pull pork, salmon, and chicken. This is the spot, family-friendly staff and amazing service from start to finish. I highly recommend ordering fried onion strings, bbq chopped salad with bbq chicken to share. The ultimate is 2 meals in one great every time.
1st time here, the place was busy, but the wait wasn't too bad. Went to the bar and had a Cadillac Margarita on the rocks, Wife had the Tennessee Peach cocktail. They were excellent The food was absolutely delicious Tri- Tip French dip was probably the best I've ever had!! The balsamic glazed Brussel sprouts were on another level. Everything was delicious!! And I was given a ice cream Sunday since it was my birthday
I never give 5 stars bcz I feel there is always room for improvement. However, our lunch was great, as usual. The service was the best!! The gal although expecting was on her toes. We never needed to 'ask ' for anything bcz she was on it! We were there to visit with our kids from out-of-state. We never felt rushed to eat and leave. Thank you the best experience.
Wood Ranch never disappoints! Excellent food and great service! One of my favorite restaurants!
