Every single person working at this place has a severe attitude. They always look so pissed off at you that you decided to order at their deli. Today the girl making my sandwich rang me up with gloves on gave me my coins and cash with those said gloves then tried to make my sandwich with again the same gloves. I kindly asked if she could change her gloves because she just touched cash and she rolled her eyes and huffed literally so nasty. I tried telling the manager and he goes what would you like me to do so I said maybe tell your staff to not have an attitude when a customer asks for a change of gloves and he said it 's ok by the FDA to use the same gloves after ringing someone up I mean I...
First time buying a salad here and very disappointed !! Lettuce was yellow and brown. I asked for roasted red peppers and I got 3 pieces. I asked for mandarin oranges which is offered on the menu and I got torn up pieces of regular orange and they looked liked someone chewed them up and spit them out !! Very few of any of the toppings I asked for. Mainly lettuce.
I waited 15 minutes for them to ring me up for a sandwich that was already prepared. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, but the entire staff was focused on a party of three. It seemed that no one had the time to spend 30 seconds ringing up a sandwich that was ready. There were at least four employees on duty, and to make matters worse, the roll was stale.
One of my favorite delis in NY! Always am greeted nicely by Gina, who makes the best coffee and sandwiches. Would definitely recommend going to her for all of your needs there she is wonderful. They also have a great little outdoor seating area with a TV. Great people and good vibes always!

Overpriced for what you're getting, many staff members are just rude but some are nice. I get a bagel and cream cheese it's about $5 barely gets cream cheese anytime. BLT's have no bacon pretty much all lettuce. Everything's extra and not worth it. Good forConvenience
Wonderful deli! Gina greets you with a warm smile and is incredibly helpful and courteous. She always prepares my food, and it’s consistently excellent!
This is an outstanding deli with a lovely covered outdoor patio. The service was both efficient and friendly, and the iced coffee was expertly crafted.
food is great. Service is quick but workers are not friendly. There is no reason to be nasty and look unhappy when customers are ordering.
