Immediately she made it clear to give her 6 seconds finishing up with the first customer so she could give me her full undivided attention. How ethical do you think it is of a company to delete reviews that are not in the companies favor? Even when one states, their brutally honest opinion, while still being respectful, you begin to wonder how good of a company this must be if it is unable to take feedback
